The AMANI Birth Childbirth Education Class is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed to prepare expectant mothers and their support partners for pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and early parenting with confidence and peace of mind. This is a 10 week course offered in the following formats:

Pregnancy/Labor/Postpartum Care

Labor and birth doula support provides continuous emotional, physical, educational, and advocacy-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. A doula’s role is to help mothers and families feel informed, supported, calm, and empowered during one of life’s most transformative experiences.
As your doula, I provide compassionate support tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and birth goals. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, home birth, medicated birth, unmedicated birth, VBAC, or cesarean birth, my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and confident throughout your journey.

Labor/Birth Doula Support

We provide education and support for prenatal care, childbirth and postpartum.
