A doula’s role is to help mothers and families feel informed, supported, calm, and empowered during one of life’s most transformative experiences. As your doula, I provide compassionate support tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and birth goals. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, home birth, medicated birth, unmedicated birth, VBAC, or cesarean birth, my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and confident throughout your journey.
