    Spill That Tea LLC was born from my own journey through trauma—a path filled with challenges, lessons, and growth. Knowing firsthand how hard healing can be, I set out to create a place where no woman or teen has to walk that road alone. Our empowering workshops, mentorship, and uplifting community events transform pain into power, fostering confidence, courage, and hope. Guided by empathy and resilience, we show every participant they have the strength to overcome the past and build a brighter, bolder future.
