**What is The Animal Thespian Society and what does it offer?**

The Animal Thespian Society is a creator of unique, original, handmade character puppets designed specifically for children aged 7–12. Our offerings include custom hand & rod puppets, finger puppets, and push-up puppets. Every puppet comes with a custom storage/presentation box. The customer and artist collaborate to co-create unique story characters, all set in our whimsical original story world, the “Lost Violet Forest.”

**What differentiates The Animal Thespian Society from other puppet creators?**

All our characters are original and new, co-created by the artist and customer. We do not create puppets for children under 7. Every puppet is part of our protected “Lost Violet Forest” world. We prioritize heirloom craftsmanship, use eco-conscious materials, and ensure no two creations are the same. 

**How does The Animal Thespian Society ensure its puppets are eco-conscious and safe for children?**

We pride ourselves on being eco-conscious. All our puppets are meticulously designed using eco-friendly materials. We also follow a strict safety process to ensure our puppets are safe for children aged 7–12. We do not recommend our puppets for children under 7.

**I'm interested in a puppet, how can I get one?**

Currently, we are preparing for our Etsy shop launch in about 3 weeks. We encourage visitors to express interest and join our email list via our website form where you can answer the prompt, “What kind of (northern hemisphere) forest animal puppet interests you most?” We will provide timely, personalized follow-ups once the shop is open.

**Is The Animal Thespian Society studio safe for people with allergies?**

Our studio includes a Cat Assistant, who is not hypoallergenic. It's important for those with allergies to be aware of this. However, all our operations are remote with shipping available, so direct contact with the studio is not necessary.

Eco Luna Moth finger puppet from the world of the Lost Violet Forest. Approx 7X7" in size; made of felt and wire -- the top wings are pose-able. All products are handmade one at a time, and are custom orders. Special storage/gift box and theater costume included. Depending on my scheduled commissions, products ship between 2-6 weeks.
