**Do you accept insurance?**
We accept Medicaid, workers’ compensation, long-term care insurance, and private pay plans. However, coverage varies by plan and we'll confirm the details during the free consultation.

**Do you provide services outside of South Carolina?**
Not at this time. We currently serve South Carolina only, specifically Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties.

**Do you offer part-time and full-time care?**
Yes. We offer part-time and full-time care—from quick nursing visits to live-in care. We can schedule caregivers at times that are convenient for clients and families, based on availability.

**Can you provide extra support/companionship to my loved one in a long-term care facility?**
Yes. In addition to in-home care, we provide facility support including advocacy, companionship, personal assistance, and progress reports that complement the medical care they receive.

**Do clients have a say in their care plan?**
Yes. Clients, families, and health advocates have a say in the care plan. We co-create a plan tailored to the individual.
