**What is WheelchairAbility and what services do they offer?**

WheelchairAbility is a Baltimore-based accessibility and mobility business. We specialize in providing assistive products and services for people with physical challenges. Our patented product, the Reacher Keeper, helps keep a reacher retrievable if it slips from the user’s hand. We also offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for motorized wheelchair users in Baltimore City and surrounding counties.

**What is the difference between the Reacher Keeper Original and the Reacher Keeper Active HD?**

The Reacher Keeper Original is designed for average-to-light lifting and daily indoor use. On the other hand, the Reacher Keeper Active HD is made for heavy daily use, outdoor use, and for use at work or school. It is ideal for people needing extra reinforcement.

**Are there any compatibility concerns with the Reacher Keeper products?**

Yes, please do not use our Reacher Keeper with folding or collapsible reachers. Our products are best suited for 26-inch and smaller reachers. If you have a folding/collapsible reacher or a reacher longer than 26 inches, we recommend emailing us at wheelchairability@gmail.com for a compatibility check before purchase.

**How can I purchase the Reacher Keeper products?**

You can purchase our Reacher Keeper products directly through our official website at https://wheelchairability.com.

**What areas do the NEMT services cover and how can I schedule a ride?**

Our NEMT services cover Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Rides are by appointment only and scheduled directly with the driver. To schedule a ride, please email the following details to wheelchairability@gmail.com: Rider name, best phone number, pickup address, drop-off address, date, pickup time, and/or appointment time, confirmation of a motorized/power wheelchair, and any securement/access notes. We'll respond with availability and coordination details.

Keep your reacher secure, close, and ready. This patented wheelchair-friendly tether helps prevent drops and lost tools, making daily tasks smoother and more independent.

Reacher Keeper Pro HD

The Reacher Keeper allows a wheelchair user to have their Reacher with them when they're out and about or around the house without worries of what happens when it falls out of their hand. It eliminates some of the frustration of dropping items. And needing to reach some other things out of reach.
