Whole & Wild is a women’s transformational coaching practice that supports women in seasons of transition, identity reclamation, and purpose. We integrate the practical and the sacred through ritual, cyclical wisdom, and deep inner work, helping women move from exhaustion, performance, and fragmentation into a life that feels whole, honest, and rooted.

Our primary audiences are women, often in their 30s to 50s, who are navigating major transitions such as leadership shifts, identity changes, burnout, purpose reorientation, and “I look fine but I’m not” seasons. We also cater to women who want an integrated path—practical and spiritual—without hustle culture or spiritual bypassing.
