Join us for another restorative community Yoga Class for historically marginalized communities (black, brown, indigenous and people of the global majority only). These classes are donation based ($5-25). We aim to make our classes as accessible as possible.



Classes will be held at All Heart Yoga in NW Portland Bi-weekly on Saturday's 2:00-3:00pm.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a journal & pen if you'd like for some reflection afterwards.

Mat's & props will be provided.
