amika’s rooted in growth startup grant + mentorship program powered by Innovation Studio supports emerging professional hair brand founders to increase equity in the beauty + hair industry. They are funding 4 emerging professional hair founders each with $50,000 grants along with a 4-month mentorship program + networking opportunities with the amika team, plus hair + beauty industry leaders. Here's how it works:

• Must be focused on hair and hair care, including but not limited to tools, wigs, color, extension and products.
• Must have clearly articulated minimum value proposition (MVP) with demonstrated sales.
• Founders should have a business plan or at minimum a working draft of a business plan.
• Less than $2M in revenue and a revenue cap less than Series A
• Must be US-based and able to travel to amika's headquarters in New York in October + February.
• Must be able to commit to participation in monthly meetings, mentorship activities + travel.
• Apply by August 16, 2024
