The American Rescue Plan of 2021 approved over $65 Billion to counties across the US. Much of this funding is going to grant programs to help small businesses and independent contractors. Here's what you need to know:

- Most counties are still designing their small business grant programs, some have already happened
- Most grant programs are open to all small business or indepedent contractors
- Applications are typically first-come, first served
