Updated as of 12/26: There's a temporary injunction that is halting enforcement of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report but this may change. It's our recommendation to file to complete. This is due for most US businesses (LLCs, C Corps) by January 13, 2025. Skip can file for you. Here's how:

• Mark "Interested" then choose the "Apply for You" option
• Complete the application information and agreement
• Upload a photo of your drivers license or identity document under My Documents
• Click Submit Application
• Within 1-2 business days you'll get an email verifying your BOIR is successful directly from the government
