Comcast RISE is supporting the growth of all small businesses and entrepreneurs committed to uplifting their local communities. From June 1-30, eligible small businesses in Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Philadelphia, and Portland, OR can apply for the Comcast RISE program. Here's how this program works:

• Must be based in Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Philadelphia, or Portland, OR
• Must identify as a minority or woman business owner
• Applications open June 1-30, 2023
