EIDL Hardship Accommodation

Millions of businesses are still struggling and COVID EIDL monthly payments may be difficult to make. If you're having trouble paying your EIDL loan or want to lower your payments, you may qualify for an EIDL Hardship Accommodation. Here's how the program works:

• If your EIDL loan is equal to or under $200,000, you automatically qualify and will see an enrollment option on your dashboard (click on the loan number next to your "Disaster COVID-19 Economic Injury" loan line item)
• If your EIDL loan is above $200,000 there is no automatic hardship accommodation request. To apply, contact the COVID-19 EIDL Servicing Center at 833-853-5638 or disastercustomerservice@sba.gov (and include “Hardship Accommodation Plan” in the subject line)
• Once enrolled, you will only have to pay 10% of your regular payment for up to 6 months
