Part of the Demand Side Employment Initiative (DSEI) from the California Department of Rehabilitation, the EmployABILITY Business Grant offers small- and medium-sized businesses in California the opportunity to grow their businesses and upgrade their hiring through $20k-$200k grants. Here's how this program works:

• Must be a California-based small- or medium-sized business
• Grants can be used for consulting services, equipment purchase and training, new hires of individuals with disabilities, barrier removals, or technical training
• Complete a 5 minute application by December 23, 2023
