The Gusto Impact Awards celebrates small businesses making a big difference in their communities across the U.S. This year, the program is going nationwide — recognizing small businesses in five regions: the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West. Share your story for a chance to win a $40,000 advertising package, $10,000 cash, and one year of free Gusto payroll services. 5 regional winners take home $50k and 150 others will receive $500 Visa gift cards

Here’s how it works:

• Must have no more than 75 employees
• Must have an active website, email, and internet access
• Must have no more than $7 million in annual revenue as of fiscal year 2024
• Must be an incorporated and active business for at least 1 year
• Must be located in the U.S. within one of the five regions (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, West)
• Apply by November 21, 2025
