NAACP and BACARDI are working together to provide dedicated support to businesses in the beverage-alcohol service, sales and hospitality industries. Backing the B.A.R. is a NAACP initiative that is awarding business acceleration. Ten businesses will receive a grant of $10,000 dollars. Here's how this program works:

The business must be majority (51%+) owned and/or operated by an entrepreneur(s) with a liquor license or aspirations for a liquor license.
Preference will be given to Black Entrepreneurs
