To qualify you must:

• Operate in legal, accounting, finance, insurance, healthcare, or other professional service sector
• Be US-based, have at least three and no more than 99 employees, and have been in operation for at least two years (void in Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands)
• Demonstrate a clear need for funding to address flexibility challenges that limit your ability to work or run your business when, where, and how you want.
• Apply by May 31, 2025
