Updated January 7: As we announced in summer 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) finally released PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) loan recipient data. As you may know, the PPP program was passed through the CARES Act to help small businesses with forgivable loans in order to keep people on payroll and save jobs.
The SBA released the raw PPP loan data in massive CSV files and we heard from many of you that you were looking for an easier way to lookup business names or locations.
As part of this we released our own PPP loan data lookup tool, called the PPP Loan Data Search tool. We've included details about this below.
In addition, we have just launched on our Skip App, a PPP loan tracker. The PPP tracker will help you calculate how much you can potentially get, know when to take action, view our recommended lenders, and see relative PPP loan progress.
