Here are Kansas driver's license exceptions to note:
- Your parent or guardian is required to sign a 50 hour affidavit, 10 of these driving hours should be at night (if you are younger than 18).
- You need to get a restricted license if you are 15 between 16 years old and less restricted license if you're between 16 to 17 years old
