    • A completed application for ownership of the title transfer
    • Certificate of Title
    • Signed lien release card or notarized lien release form for any lien holders if there are any
    • Proof of Insurance
    • $8.25 Title Fee (and an additional $2 for each lien record)
    • Tax: 6.5 percent of the purchase price of the vehicle unless it is exempt from sales tax or qualifies for in-lieu taxes
    • $3.50 Public Safety Vehicle Fee
    • $10 Filing Fee
