Participants will receive: $10,000 grant upon program completion; Eight weeks of expert-led virtual sessions covering digital tools, automation, payments (including stablecoin), marketing, inventory management, HR, and financial systems; A personalized digital assessment & roadmap to guide next steps for growth; Dedicated capital preparedness support from AOF; Networking and peer learning opportunities with fellow small business owners

Eligibility:

• Have operated their business for at least 1 year
• Generate $100,000 – $1,500,000 in annual revenue
• Employ 1–5 staff (not including the owner)
• Have a functioning business website
• Hold a business bank account
• Commit to fully participating for the duration of the program
