What are the Allstate Main Street Grants?

The Allstate Main Street Grants Program is a funding and education initiative presented by Allstate in partnership with Hello Alice and Global Entrepreneurship Network. Designed to support the small businesses that power Main Streets across the U.S., the program combines a 12-week virtual Boost Camp with grant funding to help close the national wealth gap and strengthen local economies. A cohort of entrepreneurs participates in the Boost Camp, and a subset is selected to receive $20,000 grants.

What are the requirements?

Applicants must own a for-profit business that is registered and located in one of the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico. Eligible businesses must have generated at least $25,000 in revenue in 2024 and demonstrate a need for funding and access to business coaching. Applicants must not have participated in a Hello Alice Boost Camp within the past 12 months and must be willing to participate in a virtual Boost Camp beginning in September 2025.

Who is the grant best for?

This program is best for established small business owners who are generating revenue and are ready to invest time in structured coaching and education alongside potential grant funding. It's especially well suited for founders who want hands-on guidance, peer learning, and the opportunity to compete for meaningful capital.

How are the winners selected?

Applicants are first reviewed to select participants for the 12-week Boost Camp. From that group, a subset of businesses is chosen to receive $20,000 grants. Selections are based on eligibility, demonstrated need, and participation in the program, with final decisions made by the program partners.
