Creating and Editing Your Website With Skip

Creating and editing your website is now easier then ever with Skip's AI Websites. You can have a complete website up and running within 10 minutes.

Creating Your Website

Log into your Skip account and from the Dashboard select Website.

Add your business name, type of business and a description of your business, then click Generate Website.

Tip: The better the description, the better your results.

After clicking Generate Website you will be able to pick a Standard or Premium plan for your site.

Once a plan is selected your website will start generating.

Once the website has been generated you will see a notification letting you know that your website is ready, which you can click on and view your website.

This will allow you to view a preview of your site and make edits.

Editing Your Skip Website

If there are sections on your site that you don't need, you can click on the Sections setting and remove unnecessary sections.

On the top right of the website editor you will find options for getting help, using your custom domain and to view your site.

Each section has an Edit Section button that can be used to make edits to that particular section.

The crossed out eye that you see in most sections can be used to hide/remove sections.

Different sections have different options when you click the Edit Section button.

The Header (top section) has options to change your business name, add a phone number, link to another page, have emails sent to you and change the label shown on the button.

The section directly under the Header is the Hero section. Editing this section will allow you to change the text and picture as well as the button for this section.

The About section which is under the Hero section allow you to make text edits.

Under the About section, you have the Services section. This section allows you to edit your services, pictures and overall text.

Below the Service section, you will find the Mission section. This section allows you to edit the text and image.

The Contact Us section has no editable fields.

The Footer (bottom) section allows you to edit the business name and add your social media profiles.

Make sure you click Apply Changes on each section that you've made changes.

Once you've finished editing your site, click on Publish Changes and Yes, Publish on the following popup to make your changes go live.

View your newly published and edited website.

Due to browser caching, you may have to refresh the page to find the latest, updated version of your website.

Congratulations! You've just built, edited and published your website in record time.

You can always find your website editor by clicking on the Website button from inside of your Skip Dashboard.
